About the Role
We're looking for full-stack engineers to design, develop, and scale both internal and external software platforms used in the end-to-end order fulfillment flow. Starting from when an order is placed on Lazada, Shopee, or other sales channel and up through the after-sales experience, you'll help develop an efficient and secure data management platform, API integrations, intelligent analytics, and engaging user-experiences. Our primary development stack is Ruby on Rails + Vue.js + PostgreSQL along with CircleCI and automated testing frameworks. We work cross-functionally, so communication with both technical and non-technical teams is a key part of this role.
You will be working directly with our CTO who has 18 years of experience in software engineering and is an Agile-certified engineering leader. Prior to MyCloudFulfillment, he has co-founded his own startup in the Bay Area and also led global teams at US software companies (Facebook, Salesforce and Intuit). He is a YCombinator Alumni and was selected to be a startup mentor for the Facebook Startup Accelerator Program in Singapore. As part of his team, you will be working to design, develop, and scale MyCloudFulfillment's technology in our next chapter of growth.
Job Responsibilities
Lead projects and feature development end-to-end
Architect, build, test, and scale front and back end components
Design and optimize database structures and queries
Mentor and train team members
Collaborate with internal and external customers and partners to implement optimal solutions
Required Skills
2+ years experience using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or Python
2+ years experience using Vue.js, Angular, and/or React
SQL Experience
Basic English skills (spoken and written)
Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, team-oriented
Nice to have
Experience with TDD, Agile, A/B Testing, Release planning
Experience with Kibana and data analytics
Project management/coordination experience
Experience using automated testing and continuous integration and deployment tools
Advanced SQL Performance Tuning
