You will drive product & technical side of UMT, triple our dev team size, and build a real-time system to handle 10,000+ active users/day by the end of this year. You will play an active role working with business team to deliver products that answer to user needs. Yes, you will lead and manage both product and tech team. Besides having relevant background, we do expect you to be open to learn new topicsquickly, talk to others, and leverage others to come up with solutions.  
Responsibilities:
 · Design architecture: Help re-architect scalable and testable backend infrastructures 
· Manage talent team: Lead tech team to develop MuvMi's and Tuk Tuk Hop's products. Manage/lead/inspire team which consists of PhDs, Gold Medal, and graduates from abroad 
· Project management: apply agile to run multiple projects for dev team, work with business team tomanage/prioritize projects/tasks 
· Implement working process to ensure scalable system: use version control and collaboration tools so that the team can work together, apply correct tools to each phase of the company. Implement bug report/tracking system, etc 
· Implement testing system: implement scalable testing system in all functions to create quality products/codes 
· Lead our thinking on technical side: Share with founding team and executives on tech direction 
· Challenge our thinking: We do expect you share your views on other parts of the business, both technical and business sides 
Qualifications
· Extensive experience with managing tech/dev team, using agile  
· Previous experience in coding (but understand if candidate is not actively coding at present) 
· Experience with designing and architecting large-scale software projects  
· Strong leadership, able to lead as well as work collaboratively with founders and executives  
· Self-motivated and passionate about software development with a desire to learn new skills and technologies
